The SonoPush rod transducers can be operated with a power of up to 2000 W. They are available in various lengths and models with frequencies of 20kHz, 30kHz, and 40kHz. The different models are suitable for a wide range of industrial cleaning processes. Trouble-free conversion or retrofitting with SonoPush rod transducers can be done in closed systems, chamber systems, or open cleaning tanks. It is possible to set up efficient cleaning processes in a vacuum, under positive pressure, and at high temperatures.

One drive head, two mounting points. This SonoPush is the first choice for equipment systems designed for transducers with two mounting points. Suspension at both ends offers a decisive advantage: maximum length of the SonoPush rod transducers. We manufacture these transducers with an active radiating length of up to 1287 mm.

SONOPUSH® MONO This rod transducer provides a larger radiation surface than systems with two resonators of identical installation lengths. The design principle with only one active end makes the SonoPush Mono particularly reliable. The risk of liquid entering the transducer is minimal.

SONOPUSH® MONO HDT is an advanced model that withstands high temperatures up to 95 °C, making it ideal for demanding cleaning tasks. The HDT model with a titanium alloy meets the highest cleanliness requirements with short cleaning cycles, enabling high throughput.
