Although we focus more on precision cleaning with our expertise, we can also cut or weld parts (Saphir system) with Weber Ultrasonics technology.
These are applications that we also support and implement in the plastics, textiles, electronics, hygiene products, and food sectors.
In existing baths, we can integrate transducer components or design a custom tank in collaboration with a machine builder. Cleanliness requirements for parts and surfaces in all industries and applications continue to increase.

Examples:
Galvanization: For decorative or technical refinement of surfaces, for example for chrome plating, the highest degree of cleanliness of parts is required. Ultrasonic cleaning enables our customers to make the galvanization process of armatures, fittings, hinges, and many other items more efficient. Less harmful chemicals will be used, and the cycle times of the galvanization process can be shortened.
PCB production: The production process of PCBs is very complex, which is why ultrasonic components have been used in specialized systems for a long time. We have many customized solutions for individual processes.
Metalworking: Metalworking is demanding: drilling, milling, turning, and deburring leave their marks in the form of chips and swarf, release agents, sand or oxides, as well as contamination films from oils or greases. Our solutions can be used to gently clean surfaces and even penetrate the inside of the smallest components.
Food: In food lines where supports, molds, and other casting filters need to be cleaned in the meantime, we offer the possibility to integrate transducers into an existing installation.
Generators: With separate Plug & Play generators such as the SonoPower 3S with single or multifrequency, we offer enormous flexibility and process reliability. SonoPower 3S generators are very efficient, powerful, and intelligent. With their innovative design and digital interfaces, they are perfectly equipped for all cleaning tasks. SonoBoost-Sweep and SonoPower-Modulation generate the strongest, most homogeneous sound field.
These functions significantly improve quality, increase the speed of the cleaning process, and boost capacity.
Thinking Solutions 4.0: equipped with the optional PROFINET interface, the SonoPower 3S can be easily integrated into the control systems of automated production lines. Depending on the content and desired capacity, we can easily equip existing installations with transducers (panels) or rod transducers.

Sonopush Rod Transducer: The SonoPush Rod Transducers can be operated with up to 2000 W power output. They are available in different lengths and models with frequencies of 20kHz, 30kHz, and 40kHz.
The different models are suitable for a large number of industrial cleaning processes. Trouble-free conversion or retrofitting with SonoPush Rod Transducers can be done in closed systems, chamber systems, or open cleaning tanks. It is possible to set up efficient cleaning processes in vacuum, under positive pressure, and at high temperatures.
Suitable for difficult and heavy tasks: The extremely robust patented SonoPush Mono HDT works very efficiently, even in continuous operation. The intelligent cooling concept allows use at temperatures up to 95 °C and with demanding cycle times. The HDT model with titanium alloy meets the highest cleanliness requirements with short cleaning cycles, making high throughput possible.
Sonosub Panel Transducer: Sonosub submersible transducers are available in all shapes with laser-welded housing, in different metals depending on the requirements and type of application. In single or double frequency for two-stage cleaning processes with a power output of up to 3000W.
Weber Ultrasonics operates entirely independently from the Elma structure and is considered a separate supplier in Belgium.
