Elma Dry TD Drying Units – Efficient and Safe Drying After Ultrasonic Cleaning
The Elma Dry TD drying units are available in three sizes, designed for professional use in production, workshops, and service environments:

After ultrasonic cleaning, parts are rinsed with tap water and then immersed in deionized or distilled water to ensure spotless drying.
The parts basket is easily placed into the Elma Dry TD unit. The hot air function is activated with the lid closed, which features ventilation slots for maximum air circulation and moisture exhaust. This enhances drying performance while reducing energy consumption.
A replaceable dust filter at the bottom prevents recontamination. Equipped with cold and hot air blowers (up to 70 °C), even delicate parts can be dried gently or cooled quickly. The safety shut-off ensures reliable operation by preventing overheating.
